Sven has been cooking for the Sheraton Munich Arabellapark Hotel for over 10 years and has been Executive Chef for the Restaurant Zur Rostigen Kuh since 2015. He and his team are delighting our guests with ever-new creations evolving around the alpine cuisine – he enjoys receiving direct feedback from his guests.
